I have spent over 20 years as a game developer, working through countless projects. For more than 10 of those years, I served as a programmer and technical consultant at global tech companies, encountering diverse development environments and technical challenges from around the world.
The changes I’ve witnessed at the cutting edge of technology have been nothing short of revolutionary. AI is no longer optional in any development field — it is essential. Yet many developers I’ve met in the field were already hitting their limits just keeping up with the constant stream of new game engine technologies. The harsh reality is that there simply isn’t enough time or energy left to deeply explore the foundational theory behind AI.
